Enterprise "Center Tochnoy Mechaniki" has been established in 2005. Main directions of evolution of our enterprise is a development of the newest technologies and developing of workmanship of manufacturing.
Our enterprise specializes on manufacture of small and moderate product series with high tolerance requirements and high quality surface roughness from a wide range of materials. Permanent improvement of workmanship of manufacturing and permanent improvement of management processes, allow to manufacture wide range of high-precision parts, sustained high quality.
Our factory is equipped by short-run machines and modern CNC industrial machines. The equipment allows to perform turning, milling, drilling and other works. Equipment possibilities allow to carry out machining of details of following parametres:

1) CNC turning centers:
- cut dimensions: from 8 to 1500 mm, max length 7500 mm;
- max runout accuracy - 0,002 mm.
2) CNC machining centers:
- cut dimensions: max 850 mm х 600 mm х 550 mm.
- max runout accuracy - 0,005 mm.

Also our factory can do the heat treatment of details by R.F. currents and heat treatment in a shielding medium.
For the improvement of quality and a manufacturing efficiency at our factory planned in 2010 to implement:
- Quality management system according to GOST ISO R9001;
- System of automated management by manufacture.
At present our factory is one of leaders in the field of exact machining of metals.
Our partners are the Russian machine-building plants and instrument-making factories such as: "Permskaya Nauchno-proizvodstvennaya priborostroitelnaya kompanya", specialising on manufacture of navigating systems, "Chelyabinsky Traktorny Zavod", specialising on manufacture of heavy tractor technics and many others.
